What changes have you made to staffing?

Our teams will continue to use digital communication with customers wherever possible, to minimise face-to-face contact and therefore reduce the risk of infection.

Staff contact is kept to a minimum, with team meetings and training events being held virtually, and any Stonewater colleagues needing to self-isolate are able to work from home.

We continue to advise our teams to wear face coverings in communal areas and shared office spaces, and if meeting with a customer face-to-face, they may ask that customer to also wear a face covering unless exempt.
