As a social housing provider, a sustainable, long-term approach to environment, social and governance (ESG) issues and transparency for our stakeholders is key to everything we do.
Stonewater holds an issuer credit rating with international rating agency S&P Global Ratings of A- with a stable outlook. It also holds G1 and V2 gradings from the Regulator of Social Housing for governance and viability, together with a C2 grading for consumer standards.
