General housing management

When visiting your home, we have kept our Covid safety precautions in place.

A Stonewater colleague in the Customer Service Centre

This has included all of our colleagues and contractor partners wearing masks when they visit, washing hands regularly whilst out working, keeping a distance from you when undertaking work, and not visiting your home if anyone is self-isolating

As we receive more information from the Government, if we need to make any changes to your service, we’ll keep you up to date on social media, on our phone lines, by email and here on our website.

If you’re expecting a visit from us or our contractor partners, but someone in your household has Covid, or has been asked to self-isolate, please contact us on 01202 319 119 so that we don’t put you, our employees or contractor partners at risk.

Many of our services have changed during the pandemic, including creating specialist teams to deal with your queries much faster, and introducing more virtual support for things like moving in and out of our homes or when you need to speak to us about anti-social behaviour.

These changes have been made to create a much more consistent service for you as well as minimising the risk of spreading the virus, but we will continue to carry out face-to-face appointments for customers who need it.
