We are currently developing 24 new homes at North Street Crewkerne, Somerset, just 9 miles southwest of Yeovil and 7 miles east of Chard.
Manor Road, Frome
We are working with Ashcot Construction to provide 24 social rented homes. They will be constructed to Passivhaus standards and have EV charging points.
Foldhill Lane, Martock
We are working with Ashcot Construction to provide 24 affordable rented homes. These homes will be come with EV chargers and ASHP.
Bishops Lane, Ringmer
Stonewater is working with Thakeham Homes to develop 68 new homes in the picturesque village of Ringmer, East Sussex.
Swarcliffe Avenue, Leeds
Stonewater is working with Jack Lunn to build 34 affordable rented properties at Swarcliffe Avenue in east Leeds.
Mansfield Way, Baltonsborough
Stonewater is developing 13 social rent and 3 Shared Ownership homes in Baltonsborough, Somerset.
South Petherton Phase 2
Stonewater is working with Fisher and Dean to develop 17 affordable rent and 13 Rent to Buy homes in South Petherton, Somerset.
Kingsdown, Bridgewater
Stonewater is working with Vistry Partnership to deliver 80 affordable homes at Kingsdown, Bridgwater.
Knights Meadow, Templecombe
We are working with Tilia Homes to build 20 social rent homes and five Shared Ownership homes in the historic village of Templecombe, Somerset.
Inglewood, Paignton
We are developing 112 properties including 36 affordable rent, 38 Shared Ownership, 38 social rent.
Swallowcliffe, Yeovil
We are currently developing 31 units in the market town Yeovil, South Somerset. The site is located in a sustainable location, close to all amenities and within walking distance of the Town Centre.
Cote Road, Aston
We're working with Living Space to deliver 40 new affordable homes in the rural village of Aston, Oxfordshire.
