We are currently developing 32 new homes at The Meadows, Old Stratford.
We are working with Bloor to deliver 47 units for social rent and shared ownership.
The completed site will provide 24 social rent houses comprising a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties as well as eight two-bedroom social rent maisonettes.
The shared ownership units will be made up of four two-bedroom maisonettes and 11 two- and three-bedroom houses.
The site is 1.6 miles west of Stratford-upon-Avon town centre.
