Are you on a variable service charge and have received a letter from us recently?

If you are one of the few Stonewater customers renting a home and are still on a variable service charge you will have received a letter about moving to a fixed service charge.

Here's the information you need to know:

 Don't forget to return your agreement by 16 December.

Please note: the majority of our customers are already on fixed service charges and if you haven’t had a letter you don’t need to do anything.
