Our customer Scrutiny Panel is a group of customers who look at how our services are working and make sure we’re focusing on what really matters. Panel members share clear recommendations and help improve things for the people living in our homes.

When you join, you’ll become part of an independent panel working with us to make a big impact. Visit the Scrutiny Panel page to learn more about what they do and the difference they make.

What you’ll do

You’ll chat with customers to hear their views, look over policies and performance data, and spend time talking with our teams. You’ll also:

  • Make sure customer feedback is listened to and is focusing on what matters most
  • Look at the bigger picture to see how we can improve
  • Share ideas and recommendations, and make sure we’re acting on them
  • Join meetings to plan and complete service reviews
