Stonewater is laying solid foundations for its progressive new housebuilding programme by selecting potential partners to support its development plans.

We are working with Bellway to deliver 53 units for Affordable Rent, social rent and Shared Ownership in Cubbington. There will be a mix of two- to four bedroom homes, maisonettes and bungalows.

Ambertone Park, Green Hammerton

Stonewater will delivered 48 new homes for Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy and Social Rent comprising a mix of one- to three-bedroom homes in York.

Mulberry Meadows, Castle Cary

We are developing 125 homes for affordable rent, Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy. These new homes comprise of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
