We know that going online can sometimes be daunting but with the right support to learn the skills you need, you will build your confidence in using the internet in no time.  

Stonewater are working in partnership with We are Digital to offer free 1-to-1 remote training sessions for Stonewater customers who are looking for a little support with essential IT skills.

Whether you need help to find out how to video call a loved one, shop online or access MyHome, the trainer will adapt the training plan to your needs. 

Of 100 customers interviewed in 2020, 100% of customers said their confidence had improved after completing this training.

You can also email us at customer.engagement@stonewater.org and with your permission, we can pass on your contact details. You’ll have up to three lessons that are built around you and the skills you’d like to learn.

www.learnmyway.com offers free online computer training for anyone who has access to the internet. Their learning modules are easy to use and explain in simple terms how to; search, stay safe online, use email and public services.
