TV installation

Can I install satellite TV?

If you live in a house/bungalow/maisonette – yes.

If you live in a flat/bedsit – you can only have a satellite dish if there are no planning restrictions on your building. Please check this before you proceed by visiting www.planningportal.co.uk and follow the link to interactive house or check with your local planning officer.

There also may be a limit on the number of dishes per block. Please be aware that if you install a satellite dish installed and this is against planning restrictions, this will be a breach of tenancy.

Can I install cable TV?

If you live in a flat/bedsit - there can be lots of complications around getting cable TV installed in blocks of flats and often a communal system is required. Please contact us to discuss this request in more detail.
