How it works
Each mystery shop takes around 30 minutes and focuses on a different service. You’ll get a simple task and a set of questions to guide your call with our Customer Services team.
To keep feedback honest and easy, we work with Proinsight Research, who’ll make sure you have everything you need to complete your mystery shop.
