Our Friends of Scrutiny group work with us to help make sure what we share is easy to understand and accessible to all customers.
What you’ll do
Each month, we’ll send you documents to read and review. It could be a leaflet or poster, or it could be something longer such as a policy or procedure. Your feedback helps us by answering questions like:
- How easy was it to understand?
- What could we do to make it clearer, easier to read, or more accessible?
- How it meets customers' needs
- The best ways to share the information with customers
We might also invite you to join online discussions and workshops or support a Scrutiny Panel service review.
What you’ll get
You’ll have access to any support and training you need, and we’ll keep you updated on how your feedback makes a difference.
