Our Customer Inclusion Group is an opportunity for customers with protected characteristics and real-life experiences to come together and champion inclusion.

Join our Customer Inclusion Group and share your experiences, ideas, and feedback to make our services more inclusive.

What you’ll do

You’ll consider how we can meet the diverse needs of our customers and look at how disability, gender, age, or other protected characteristics could influence the way our customers experience or access our services. As part of the group, you’ll:

  • Meet online four times a year plus opportunities to support projects
  • Share your experience of using our services, and let us know what works and what doesn’t
  • Help us spot barriers and let us know how you think we can remove them
  • Give feedback on policies, services, and communication so they’re fair and accessible

What you’ll get

  • Connect with others - Be part of a group of customers and colleagues who listen and care about inclusion, and truly want to make a difference
  • Build your confidence - Your story matters, and we want to hear it. You’ll have plenty of chances to be heard, and learn more about how we work
