We are open and here to help between the following times.
Usual opening hours
We’ve looked carefully at when our customers contact us and when our teams are needed most. Our phonelines are busiest between 9am and 4pm, while the demand after 5pm and on Saturday mornings is much lower.
From 1 November 2026, we’re going to be focussing our resources on the busiest times of the day, this will mean we can be available when you need us most. Our updated opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am-5pm

Our team can help you with a wide range of enquiries, including repairs, paying rent, and tenancy management.
Emergency repairs can still be reported after 5pm in the usual way and you can manage your tenancy online, through MyHome at any time.
