The site is located in an area with good education options which will appeal to families – there are eight primary schools, and four secondary schools/colleges all within two miles of the site. The closest schools are White Rock (0.5 miles) and Roselands (one mile).
Within walking distance from the site are a number of retail shops including Lidl and Co-op, Sainsburys and Aldi are also located just a mile from the site.
Paignton is home to a large number of shops and supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, as well as healthcare facilities with a doctors and dentist located under two miles from the site. Broadsands Beach is also within walking distance from the site.
The closest train station is located 3 miles away, in Paignton. There are a number of bus stops within walking distance from the site providing frequent bus services into Paignton and Torquay
