We’ve been informed that a company called Bimdl has delivered letters to some of our customers. In the letters, the recipients are asked to download an app and provide some details about their homes.
The letter refers to Stonewater. However, we’d like to confirm that this company is not a Stonewater partner and we haven’t instructed them to collect any information from you.
If you decide to download the app, please take the time to read the letter carefully. It is important that the safety and security of your personal data is maintained, and you are not obligated to share it.
If you have received a letter from Bimdl and would like to share it with us, please send a copy to customers@stonewater.org with the subject line "BIMDL".
