Stonewater appoints new Head of Supported Housing

Leading social housing provider Stonewater has appointed Catherine Evans as its new Head of Supported Housing.

Based at Stonewater’s Leamington office, she will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the organisation’s supported housing services which include schemes for vulnerable people through its young people’s Foyers, women's refuges and mental health and learning disability services across the country.

“Stonewater has a great reputation for its supported housing services which meet the needs of some of the most vulnerable members of the community, and I’m delighted to be joining the organisation in this challenging role,” says Catherine. “I work with a fantastic team and am really looking forward to helping them build on their achievements, enabling the organisation to realise its vision for everyone to have the opportunity to have a place they call home.”

Catherine, who has a law degree, joins Stonewater from housing and care provider Sanctuary Group where she held a variety of senior management roles in quality and improvement, research and development and service excellence.
