Stonewater appoints digital partner for ambitious transformation programme
Leading social housing provider Stonewater has appointed website and software development agency Hallnet, to deliver a fully integrated, digital self-serve platform for its customers, using Hallnet’s Active Housing system.
The appointment represents a key milestone in Stonewater’s digital investment to enhance customer experience, offer better connectivity and access, and enable residents to engage with services at a time and place to suit them.
The programme will also enable Stonewater to deliver enhanced services more efficiently, supporting reinvestment in their vision of ‘Everyone having the opportunity to have a place that they can call home’.
