Recently, Stonewater won a top award in the PRCA UK awards.
Now, two videos from the same internal event have been shortlisted for two awards in the national Communicate Magazine Lens Awards. These awards celebrate organisations using film and video by setting the standard for excellence in visual communications.
Nominated by our partner Cavendish, we are shortlisted for “Best Employer Brand – Stonewater, for Great Big Get Together 2022; along with “Best internal video – I am Stonewater” from the same event.
The five main goals for colleagues from last year’s online event were: to reaffirm the organisation’s Vision, reconnect with our strategy, learn something new, build culture and be proud of what the business does.
For the Employer Brand award, our three-minute show-stopper video “Living with The Real Cost of Living” was designed strategically to spotlight the authentic experiences of our customers. It was based on insights from customer-facing teams and real-life headlines during the crisis.
"I Am Stonewater" is a simple but powerful video that highlighted our commitment and success in building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
The aim of the video was to highlight the potential for colleagues to ‘bring their whole selves to work’.
Fingers crossed when the Lens Award winners are announced in the New Year.
