Stonewater has proudly maintained its place among the Top 10 employers in this year's Investing in Ethnicity Awards. This recognition highlights our ongoing dedication to inclusivity, and we’re thrilled that our Head of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), Cordelia Johnney, was also selected as one of the Top 10 individuals in the Exceptional Inclusion category.
This marks the fourth consecutive year that Stonewater has been celebrated for its commitment to promoting inclusivity and supporting ethnic diversity. Since we first completed the Investing in Ethnicity Maturity Matrix, we’ve consistently been recognised as a leading employer in this space.
Reflecting on the awards, Cordelia said: “This recognition reflects the hard work and progress we’ve made at Stonewater over recent years.”
