Patrick Chauvin, now Stonewater’s Executive Director of Assets, joined the organisation in 2018 as the Deputy Director of Assets. Prior to this, Patrick has held senior management positions across a range of disciplines within the Housing sector, including Director of Asset Services at Amicus Horizon and Head of Strategic Portfolio at Circle.
Commenting on his appointment, Patrick Chauvin said: “I’m delighted to have been appointed as the new Executive Director of Assets and I’m really looking forward to helping Stonewater deliver a truly customer centric service.”
As the new Executive Director of Assets, Patrick will be leading on Stonewater’s approach to working with high quality delivery partners to continue to deliver high quality property services to its customers, by building long-term strategic partnerships.
As part of the role, Patrick will also be working with Stonewater to deliver on its environmental objectives, ensuring that all our new build developments are carbon free from 2023 and maximising the benefits from environmental innovations as the housing provider invests in its existing housing stock.
Nicholas Harris, Chief Executive of Stonewater, said: “After two days of intensive interviews and reviewing presentations from the shortlisted candidates, the final decision was made by myself, as well as the Chairs of the Customer Experience Committee and Assets and Development Committee
It’s always rewarding as an employer to see an internal colleague excel and shine among a very tough pool of talent and competition. I have no doubt that Patrick is the best candidate for the role, supporting us to work towards our mission of giving everyone the opportunity to have a place that they can call home.”
The appointment comes just days after the organisation was revealed 24th in the Best Companies top housing associations and 67th in the 100 not-for-profit lists, for best organisations to work for.
