New Group Directors strengthen Operations
Two new Group Directors have been appointed by Stonewater, one of the UK’s leading social housing providers, who will shape and strengthen customer-focused services for communities across the country.

Craig Taylor and Adele O’Brien bring extensive experience from across the sector to the Operations leadership roles.
Previously the Director of Customer Operations at Amplius, Craig joins Stonewater as Group Director of Homes and Communities, using his passion for creating thriving communities to deliver truly exceptional customer experiences.
He has previously led large operational teams, delivered organisational change and worked closely with customers, colleagues and partners to improve services and outcomes.

Adele joins Stonewater as the new Group Director of Customer Experience, having previously driven customer service improvement at Midland Heart, where she was Director of Customer Experience.
With a passion for using customer insight to shape services, Adele is eager to understand what matters most to Stonewater’s customers, helping continue to improve the experience the organisation provides every day.

The new appointments come shortly after Angus Michie began his tenure as Chair of the Board at Stonewater and follows the announcement of Kirsty Spark as Chief Financial Officer, who will commence her role in November.
