Customer Energy Hub shortlisted for another award

Stonewater's Energy Hub for customers has been shortlisted for Housing Digital’s Most Innovative Approach to Tenant Communications.

Our customer Energy Hub has been shortlisted for another national award.

Housing Digital’s Most Innovative Approach to Tenant Communications celebrates those who, since the pandemic, have found new and innovative ways to keep customers informed.

Since its launch in October 2021, our online Energy Hub has been a one-stop digital resource to help customers understand how to reduce their energy costs, along with their carbon emissions. Being online, customers can access the hub easily, anytime, anywhere.

The Hub provides up-to-date information on cutting energy consumption and using heating systems efficiently and has highlighted financial support available from the Government and elsewhere, how to use smart meters to monitor energy use, and much more.

In June, our customer work to raise awareness around energy efficiency and reducing costs, which included the Energy Hub, won the Unlock Net Zero Live “Engagement Campaign of the Year” title.

The winner of the Housing Digital awards will be named at an event in February.
