Community Champions

Community Champions are customer volunteers who are proud of where they live and are inspired to help improve their community.

Becoming a Community Champion allows you to share your ideas and experiences, highlight local issues and helps to build stronger, better-connected communities.

What you’ll do

As a Community Champion, you’ll help bring positive change to your neighbourhood, including how we deliver our cleaning and grounds maintenance services, and:

  • Dedicate 2-4 hours a month to helping us understand what matters most to customers
  • Carry out walkabouts every six weeks and share your feedback through a quick online form
  • Get involved in your community and help solve local problems
  • Suggest ideas for improvements and new community projects
  • Tell us about issues like fly-tipping, parking, repairs, or safety

You’ll be a voice for your community, helping us to understand your local area and what really matters to the people who live there.

What you’ll get

  • Help bringing your ideas to life - We listen, respond, and work with you so you can access training, funding, and support.
  • Acting on your feedback - You’ll work with our colleagues and contractors to help find solutions to local issues.
  • Community support -  You'll help shape and support meaningful projects and events that bring people together.
