Facilities at Wavell Court

Wavell Court is a retirement living scheme located close to the centre of Aldershot. It consists of 23 one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats. The ground floor apartments are for those with limited mobility. First and second floor apartments accessed via a lift.

We support residents in all of our retirement living schemes to continue living independently. This support includes:

  • A community alarm service for out of hours support (managed 24/7)
  • Housing-related support to help you remain independent at home - our local team can signpost you to other agencies and support systems to help maintain your independence
  • Effective housing management and tenancy sustainment services – our team can mediate between Stonewater if you have any problems (e.g. with your rent or with neighbours)
  • Low-level support services to improve your health and wellbeing
  • Health and safety building checks

Local area

Aldershot is great for shopping, has a cinema, restaurants and a swimming pool. There's also several doctors’ surgeries. There are several public green spaces, the closest being Manor Park which is a two-minute walk away.

There is also a regular bus service to the town centre and the train station is less than one mile away.
