Do I need the MyHome app?

The MyHome app is a more convenient way to access services from your phone or mobile device.

You can still access MyHome on your laptop or PC here

What’s the difference between the app and the web version of MyHome?

The biggest difference is that the app is a more convenient way to access MyHome services from your mobile device.

Once you are logged into MyHome, the services are exactly the same.

How do I get the MyHome app?

You can find it on the App Store or Google Play.

Just search for “Stonewater MyHome”. 

Is my phone/device supported?

Yes. The app is available from both the App Store (for iOS devices) and Google Play (for Android devices).

You will need an internet connection to use the app.

Will the app take up much space on my device?

No, it uses 16MB. That's smaller than Angry Birds!

Is the app secure?

Yes. MyHome is a safe and secure service.

Is the app free to use?

The app is free but you will need to be connected to the internet to access MyHome services through it, just like your other apps.

I’m already registered for MyHome. Do I need to register again on the app?

No. You can use your existing username and password.

To register for MyHome, you will need your customer reference number. Once you have registered on the app, or logged in for the first time, you can then use biometrics if enabled on your device (e.g. fingerprint or face recognition) or your usual password to access MyHome.

I don’t know my customer reference number. How do I register?

If you are unsure of your customer reference number, this can be found on your rent statements and other letters we’ve sent you.
