What you’ll do
The Customer Inclusion Group is an opportunity for customers to come together to make sure everyone’s voice is heard. You'll work in partnership with us to champion inclusion, challenge barriers and help shape services so they work for everyone.
The group look at our services through the lens of all protected characteristics – This includes disability, age, race, gender identity and more. When customers with different backgrounds and experiences come together, we get a clearer picture of what’s working and what needs to change. As part of the group, you’ll:
- Meet online four times a year plus opportunities to support projects
- Share your experience on how you access and use Stonewater services
- Help us to identify barriers and share your feedback on how we can overcome them
- Give feedback on services, policies and communication so they work better for everyone
What you’ll get
- Support every step of the way - We’ll make sure you have everything you need and offer you free training
- Connect with others - Be part of a group of customers and colleagues who listen and care about inclusion, and truly want to make a difference
