Customer Building Safety Group

We created the Building Safety Group so you can have a voice in how we keep your building safe. We’ll meet regularly to discuss what’s working, what needs improving, and how we can communicate better with customers.

What you’ll do

To join this group, you’ll need to live in one of our high-rise buildings. You’ll work with us to prioritise building safety, reduce risks, and make sure customer voices are heard.

As a member of the group, you’ll:

• Meet online four times a year with occasional face-to-face meetings at your building
• Shape customer engagement strategies and safety policies
• Represent the views of our customers and encourage others to get involved in the safety of their building
• Help us find the best ways to communicate to make sure everyone feels safe, informed, and included

What you’ll get

• Support from our colleagues - Your feedback goes straight to our Building Safety Committee helping to shape how we involve customers in building safety.
• Training and learning - We’ll give you any training and information to help you challenge, understand, and shape our building safety policies.
• Regular updates - We’ll keep you informed on actions and improvements you’ve suggested to make sure we’re learning and using it to improve building safety.
