We are working with Cala Homes to deliver 40 units for Social Rent and Shared Ownership. This site is part of the wider Long Marston Airfield Garden Village initiative.
The completed site will provide 12 social rent houses, made up of a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties. There will also be six social rent one-bedroom flats.
We will also have 16 Shared Ownership houses, comprising two- and three-bedroom properties, as well as six two-bedroom flats.
This CALA development is situated on the former RAF Long Marston. The site lies five miles southwest of Stratford-upon-Avon.
