We are working with Living Space Housing to provide 48 new homes in Worcester.

Upon completion the site will comprise 20 units for social rent, 14 shared ownership units, 14 affordable rent units. The homes consist of 8 one-bedroom apartments, 17 two-bedroom houses, 21 three-bedroom houses, and 2 four-bedroom houses. This site benefits from various renewable energy technologies, including PV panels, EV chargers and Air Source Heat Pumps.

Worcester, being a small city has all major supermarkets, a large post office, all major banks, leisure facilities and all levels of schooling and a university.

The site is located within the large Worcester South Urban Extension in Kempsey, which will see a new local centre, shops and community facilities included in the plans.
