The homes consist of 12 one-bedroom apartments, 31 two-bedroom houses, 30 three-bedroom houses, and 6 four-bedroom houses. This site benefits from various renewable energy technologies, including PV panels, EV chargers and Air Source Heat Pumps.
The site is located within the large Worcester South Urban Extension in Kempsey, which will see a new local centre, shops and community facilities included in the plans.
