We maintain a number of industry-recognised accreditations and certifications which independently assure the quality of our services including award wins and shortlisting’s highlighting our excellence and professionalism in the housing sector.
Workplace Wellbeing Charter
Stonewater has received full accreditation from the Workplace Wellbeing Charter, endorsed by Public Health England and shortlisted by CIPD for Best Health & Wellbeing initiative 2021. The Charter is segmented into eight topic areas, ranging from leadership and absence management to physical activity and healthy eating. We were awarded the highest level of ‘excellence’ in two factors, achievement in five and commitment in one, and will continue to work towards achieving ‘excellence’ in all levels moving forward.
Best Companies - Very Good To Work For 2021
Stonewater has achieved a One Star accreditation for the third consecutive year in this year's Best Companies results. A 1 Star accreditation from Best Companies is a significant achievement that shows an organisation is taking workplace engagement seriously. Awarded to organisations with a BCI score of at least 659.5, the 1 Star accreditation signifies 'very good' levels of workplace engagement.
Best Companies - 25 Best Associations to work for 2021
For the fourth year running, Stonewater has been named as one of this year’s Top 25 housing associations to work for.
The prestigious list recognises the best housing association employers across the UK based on the views of colleagues, who are asked to review the organisation’s training and progression options, workplace traits and an honest review of its management team.
Best Companies - Top 100 Best Companies to work for in the South East and in the Midlands
Stonewater was named in this years Top 100 Best Coampies to work for in the South East and in the Midlands. This list recognises a companies commitment to their employees and demonstrates that they see workplace engagement as a vital part of their organisation’s success.
The regional lists are a platform to celebrate workplace engagement achievement in the regions where employees work and live.
DAHA accredited Best Companies
DAHA accreditation is the UK benchmark for how housing providers should respond to domestic abuse in the UK. It is recognised in the government's Ending Violence against Women and Girls Strategy: 2016 to 2020.
SHIFT Environmental Assessment - Silver
To keep a close eye on Stonewater’s environmental performance, benchmark ourselves against other landlords and receive expert advice and recommendations, we take part in the SHIFT environmental assessment. In 2020, we achieved a high silver rating.
SHIFT takes in to account everything from office energy usage to new build homes, from business mileage to our supply chain.
Learning & Performance Institute Accredited Learning Department
LPI accreditation follows an independent, rigorous assessment process which examines all aspects of an organisation’s learning services. The LPI is the leading authority on workplace learning and development. Its accreditation scheme is the globally recognised quality mark for providers of learning products and services.
