The last 18 months has been a challenging experience for all of us in many different ways. Our priority has always been to support our customers, colleagues and the many partners that work with us through this time. I’d like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your support and understanding whilst we continue to navigate the challenging global impact of the pandemic.
Since Monday 19 July, the Government has lifted most legal Covid-19 restrictions. You can find full details of the changes here.
While we welcome the increased social freedoms the Government strategy brings as a positive step forward, at Stonewater we have taken the decision to remain cautious. While infection rates remain high, we will continue with the Covid measures we already have in place for the time being, to keep everyone as safe as possible. The measures are working well and we hope that continuing with them will provide reassurance for our customers, recognising that many of you may feel anxious about the lifting of restrictions. We will of course keep a close eye on the situation and listen carefully to what our customers and colleagues are telling us, so we can adapt our services as things evolve.
Things aren’t quite back to normal but we’re still here for you
Like many people, some of our colleagues and contractors have had to self-isolate.
We’re doing everything we can to make sure this doesn’t affect you but there may be times where it could take you longer to get through to us on the phone or where confirmed repairs may change at short notice. We’re sorry if this impacts you.
You can manage your account and repairs through MyHome, but if you need to contact us, we’ll answer as soon as we can. We understand that the impacts of the pandemic aren’t over for many, so if you’re worried about your finances, please get in touch with us so we can support you.
Your safety remains our priority
Although restrictions are easing, we want everyone to continue to feel safe. If we’re visiting you in your home, we’re asking you, our colleagues and partners to continue wearing a face covering and keep a safe distance from others, wherever possible.

We’ll keep our services under constant review, and, as we have throughout the course of the pandemic, we will be guided by Government advice in order to ensure we’re keeping our colleagues, customers and contractors safe.
