What should I do if I have a repair booked and someone in the household is unwell?

If you have a repair appointment booked and you, or a member of your family, is unwell then you must let us know, so we can keep you and our teams safe.

Please call our Customer Services Centre on 01202 319 119.

You should also let us know if anyone in your home has been unwell within the last 14 days.
