Between Thursday 16 May and Thursday 23 May, Platform Property Care will be working on an essential IT upgrade.

If you receive your repairs and maintenance services from Platform, there will be a slight change to your services.

Emergency repairs and repairs appointments that are already booked will be completed as normal.

If you need to report a new, non-urgent repair, you can report these the usual ways:

We'll take all the details and schedule the work in when Platform’s systems are back online.

This won’t affect any of your other housing services, or any customers outside of these areas.
