We put customers at the heart of everything we do and we want to highlight the key role you play in helping us improve your homes and estates.
As part of this, we’ve developed our ‘voice of the customer’ document in consultation with our customers. It sets out our approach to involving you in developing and delivering our services, and how we tailor them to make sure they’re right for you.
