From Thursday 6 September we are asking our residents to complete a customer census.
Those who return their responses to us by Wednesday 14 November will be entered into two prize draws to win one of two iPad 2018, 32GB with a 9.7” display.
What is the census and why should you complete it?
Our valued resident, Ms K Rickard explains: "Over the upcoming months, Stonewater will be reaching out for your help so that they can better understand your needs as a resident to work towards creating more accessible systems that will manage any potential requirements.
To do this, Stonewater will be sending out a survey asking you what support you may need. Once they have all the necessary information they will then begin to make important changes.
I am registered as severely sight impaired, which causes me to be unable to read small print. However, by filling in the census to inform Stonewater of my specific needs, they will be able to contact me in the future, in a way that I can easily access.
Without providing valuable information like this to Stonewater they will be unable to move forward and provide the specific services you need and deserve.
Please participate in making this a more accessible and enabling experience for people that would otherwise be disabled."
However, the census is not just to help those with specific needs...
We aim to treat our customers as individuals so we're asking all our residents (excluding home ownership) to complete the census to offer, as far as is practical, a fair and equitable service.
The information you provide will help us to make decisions about our services to ensure we meet the different needs of our diverse customer base.
