Stock condition survey

Our stock condition survey is a three year programme to assess the main internal and external parts of your home (includes all: Supported Housing, Retirement Living and general needs rented properties as well as leasehold and shared-ownership properties).

The information obtained will indicate to us when areas around your home such as: the kitchen, windows, roof covers etc, are likely to need replacing.

As part of the survey, we are also gathering information regarding your homes energy efficiency (e.g. wall and loft insulation) and conducting an asbestos management survey on all homes built before 2000.
