We will offer Reward Silver to customers who manage their tenancy to the requirements set out in the tenancy agreement.
- All services currently offered will be maintained (such as the inclusion in kitchen and bathroom replacement programme with some choice of materials)
- Entry into prize draws to win one of two x digital tablets (approx £50 value) every two months.
How to qualify for this level of service:
To qualify for this level of service, you need to have:
- Three months without a debt on main rent account, or court costs.
- And, no proven incident of anti-social behaviour within the previous three months
Triggers to move between levels:
Trigger to move up to Reward Gold:
- 12 months with no debt on main rent account, and no court costs.
- And, no proven incident of anti-social behaviour within previous 12 months.
- Registered for a MyHome account and actively using the account as requested.
- Making payments to us by Direct Debit.
Trigger to move down to Reward Bronze:
- A debt on main rent account, or court costs.
- Or, an incident of proven anti-social behaviour.
