In April 2016 we asked you for feedback about proposed changes to your tenancy agreement.

Please refer to our Rent review consultation feedback document for details regarding the responses we received.
We received great feedback and as a result we:
- Have moved all our customers to an April review date. This means everyone entitled to any rent decreases will have started to receive it from April
- Are offering residents the opportunity to move to fixed service charges.
We will be writing to you again about this over the next 12 months.
As part of the consultation we also asked you for feedback on two other issues:
Moving from weekly to monthly tenancies –
You said – you were not in favour and you want to be able to pay your rent in line with how you receive your pay, pension, benefits, etc.
Paying by Direct Debit –
You said - you were not in favour of being made to use this payment option because you are concerned it didn’t give you control of your finances and the problem of bank charges.
We have – decided not to implement these at the moment and are looking at additional ways that you can make regular payments.
