Bow Court Swindon

Bow Court is an established housing project for people with learning difficulties living independently with floating support. Set in the heart of Swindon’s Old Town it is well placed for the town centre and is close to all amenities.

Applications for accommodation, for anyone between the ages of 18 and 65 are to be made by the Community Team for People with Learning Difficulties using the current Common Referral Form or via Swindon Borough Council’s Choice Based Letting.

Bow Court has a mix of one bedroom apartments and bedsits. All are self-contained with their own bathroom and kitchen.

There is an office and a large communal garden.

Help and support

On arrival, residents are allocated a key worker who will work them using the LD Outcome Star to develop a comprehensive support plan which will help them plan their future.

There are planned activities and residents enjoy a varied social life.


The project is funded through; licence fees, Supporting People, and housing benefit.
