Facilities at Raglan Court

Raglan Court is a retirement living scheme situated in Park Gate, Fareham. It consists of 31 self-contained, purpose-built, one- and two-bedroom properties. Ground floor flats are for those with limited mobility, and the first and second floors can be accessed via a lift.

We support residents in all of our retirement living schemes to continue living independently. This support includes:

  • A community alarm service for out of hours support (managed 24/7)
  • Housing-related support to help you remain independent at home - our local team can signpost you to other agencies and support systems to help maintain your independence
  • Effective housing management and tenancy sustainment services – our team can mediate between Stonewater if you have any problems (e.g. with your rent or with neighbours)
  • Low-level support services to improve your health and wellbeing
  • Health and safety building checks

Local area

The scheme is within the Park Gate area of Fareham. It is close to some lovely natural walks and picnic areas by the river, which can be found a short drive from the scheme. There is also a country park nearby with a visitors' farm.

The scheme is nestled within a small shopping centre, giving easy access to everyday groceries. There is also a bank, local Co-op, locksmith, café, restaurant, petrol station and other smaller independent businesses.

Fareham, Locks Heath, and Southampton are easily accessed by either car, bus or train with travel links running through the area. Fareham town centre is 7.2 miles away by road. Whitley outlet shopping centre is 2.1 miles away, which also gives access to the M27.

There are several GP surgeries and dentists nearby, and Fareham Community hospital is 5.3 miles away.
