Threadneedle Court is a retirement living scheme consisting of 29 self-contained one-bedroom ground and first floor flats. Flats benefit from their own entrance accessed off an internal corridor for added security.

We support residents in all of our retirement living schemes to continue living independently. This support includes:

  • A community alarm service for out of hours support (managed 24/7)
  • Housing-related support to help you remain independent at home - our local team can signpost you to other agencies and support systems to help maintain your independence
  • Effective housing management and tenancy sustainment services – our team can mediate between Stonewater if you have any problems (e.g. with your rent or with neighbours)
  • Low-level support services to improve your health and wellbeing
  • Health and safety building checks

Threadneedle Court is located in Kings Cross; a self-contained area to the west of Halifax and one mile from the town centre.
