Clerkes Acre Stourpaine

This development is located in the village of Stourpaine, Dorset, in the valley of the River Stour. It lies approximately three miles north west of Blandford Forum and straddles two AONBs – Dorset and the Cranbourne Chase & West Wiltshire Downs.

These seven affordable homes are a mix of two and three bedroom houses and will share the site with two private houses.

This scheme is located on the outskirts of Amesbury which is a town in South Wiltshire. The site is seven miles from the City of Salisbury which has a main a railway station. Amesbury is on the A303 commuter belt. This development will feature 43 new affordable homes for rent and shared ownership, delivered in partnership with Bloor Homes Ltd and is part of a larger development of 1300 homes.

Maesdown Road is a new rural development of 30 affordable homes for rent and shared ownership in Evercreech, near Shepton Mallett. The development will offer a mixture of 20 energy-efficient one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes for affordable rent, and 10 two- and three- bedroom homes for shared ownership all due for completion in April 2018.

This scheme is located in Weston Super Mare in North Somerset. The site is 18 miles from the town of Bridgewater and is 20 miles from Bristol City Centre. The development will feature 35 new affordable homes for rent and shared ownership, delivered in partnership with Keepmoat Ltd.

This large Greenfield site in Fair Oak, will see 330 homes built by Bloor Homes and Linden Homes. Of this 330, Stonewater will be delivering 116 affordable homes.
